— Gift cards issued before 26/09/2023 should be exchanged for a new version of the same value on our exchange site before they can be used on www.essentiel-antwerp.com.

— Gift cards are redeemable on www.essentiel-antwerp.com and in all Essentiel Antwerp stores using the applied currency.

— A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

— Gift cards can be redeemed in part or in their entirety. If you do not use the full amount at once, the outstanding amount will remain available on your current gift card.

— You can freely determine the value of the gift card you will be buying, as long as the amount is between €20 and €5000.

— You have the possibility to add a personal message to the gift card.

— You have the possibility to send the gift card directly to the person you’re buying it for.  

— Gift cards will be shipped free of charge.

— Gift cards cannot be returned and may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment, not even partially.
