For our Antwerp HQ office, we have a part time vacancy (4 days per week) for an enthusiastic junior HR Officer, combining hard and soft HR tasks.
Who are you
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Solution oriented.
Main tasks
Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Update payroll records and handle employee payroll queries.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain contact with recruitment agencies.
Assist in ongoing HR projects.
