To reinforce our small and efficient IT team, we are looking for an IT support engineer.
Main tasks
You provide 1st line support to our headquarters’ colleagues and to end-users in our Essentiel Antwerp shops in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany and UK.
You install hardware, software, cash registers and mobile devices.
You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
You train end-users.
You create IT-Technical and User Manuals.
You maintain the asset list(s) and actively report on necessary changes.
You are an asset in shaping IT support within the department & company.

You are fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written. French and German are considered an asset.

You can handle stressful situations.
