To reinforce our Commercial & Marketing team at our head office in Antwerp, we are looking for a temporary stock auditor – controlling and implementation.
Main tasks
Overview the processes and make sure that all stakeholders have at all times a good view on stock and that this stock is in line with the physical stock at the warehouse.
Track the reception of goods and the flow of the outgoing goods.
Keep records of changes in the inventory over time.
Track if production dates are respected by the manufacturer and actively communicating on the status of goods during the expected delivery period to all concerned departments (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale).
Track stock movements and ensuring that inventory systems are accurate and up-to-date.
Audit existing processes, adapt where necessary and implement new ones.
Collect and analyze all stock related data.
Create BI-reporting and make stock information available to the stakeholders.
Work closely with different departments: Production, dispatch/Wholesale, Customer Care, Retail stock coordinator and Retail support.
Ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking and reporting.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement measures to prevent future issues.
You work in office settings, but may spend time in warehouses and distribution.
