As our Junior Production Developer, you will be working closely with our designers to develop our collection. You will play a crucial role in the design process from concept to the finished product. You will report to the Production Developer.
Main tasks
Fit and Quality Control:
Ensure the optimization of collection fit by carefully reviewing production samples (measuring, taking notes at fittings, ...) Define necessary adjustments in consultation with the design and production teams
Communication and Specifications:
Facilitate communication between the designers and manufacturers regarding the required collection specifications (requesting for fotoshoot samples, care labels, material composition, ...) Provide final approval on production samples before the production process begins.
Collaboration and Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including designers, production teams, and manufacturers.
Who are you
You have experience in working with patterns and you have a technical eye for fashion
You are customer and service minded, and have a natural flair for dealing with customers;
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
You are organized, and are able to set priorities;
You work accurately, and have strong analytical skills;
You are stress resistant and you have a positive attitude;
You take ownership;
You are passionate about fashion.
