As our Production Developer, you will strengthen our team of designers and play a crucial role in the design process from concept to the finished product.
Main tasks
Fit and Quality Control:
Ensure the optimization of collection fit by carefully reviewing production samples
(measuring, taking notes at fittings,...).
Define necessary adjustments in consultation with the design and production teams.
Communication and Specifications:
Facilitate communication with manufacturers regarding the required collection specifications (requesting for photoshoot samples, care labels, material composition,...).
Provide final approval on production samples before the production process begins.
Collaboration and Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including designers, production teams, and manufacturers.
Who are you
You have experience in working with patterns and you have a technical eye for fashion;
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch, French or English;
You are organized, and are able to set priorities;
You work accurately, and have an eye for details;
You are stress resistant and you have a positive attitude;
You take ownership;
You are passionate about fashion.
