How to measure
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around your natural waistline above the hip bones, without tightening the measuring tape too much.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
The size of a belt indicates the measurements from the buckle prong (or other method of closure) to the middle hole of the belt.
